Overview:
- Our mission is to promote your business in a creative way to a varied customer base through yachting events. The average sailing regatta hosts over 40-70 yachts, each carrying a crew of 4-10. Any advertising through the yacht racing arena will be seen, photographed, and grassroots marketed in a more targeted and efficient manner than a magazine add. This outside the box advertising method has been used internationally and domestically to grow local market penetration.
Strategic Plan:
- Compete in an internationally competitive regatta on September 23rd-26th. This event is being promoted, sponsored, and discussed on the largest sailing website in the world, www.sailinganarchy.com.
- Promote our technical partner for the regatta through new media, photo shoots (the day before and during), and at event gatherings at The Coronado Yacht Club after the on the water portion of the day is complete.
- Work with our sponsor to get the most for their partnership through creatively imaging the brand in a consistently professional manner.
- Place in the top three for the regatta to assure maximum exposure for our technical partner.
